Our Beef is mainly Dexter

a few Aberdeen Angus x. We have a small flock of Jacob sheep and
also have lamb produced by Dan Hopper at Thomas Acre who is an
award-winning local lamb producer.

We grow a variety of vegetables throughout the year and supplement
these with produce from other local growers when necessary.

A number of people make cakes, pies, preserves etc from ingredients
from our own farm or sourced locally when possible.
Roundhill Farm supply us with eggs and fresh bread is delivered
from Burgate Bakery at Bridge.

Our aim is to supply local, good quality food produced non-intensively
and in an environmentally conscious way. If you are, or
know of, a local producer then we would be delighted to hear from
you. It does not matter if you are very small scale or intermittent in
production as variety, seasonality and freshness are of paramount
importance.

We would welcome any comments or feedback to help us improve
the service or if there is a particular item that you know is produced
locally that you would like us to stock.
